I designed and developed the digital presence for SolarShine, a specialized Croatian service focused on professional solar panel cleaning, inspection and planned maintenance.
The website was built to position SolarShine as more than a cleaning service. The core idea was to present maintenance as a measurable, professional process that protects the performance of a solar installation and gives the customer clear documentation after every intervention.
The result is a bold, conversion-focused website that combines strong branding, service education, technical credibility and a clear lead generation flow.
The Challenge
Solar panel maintenance is a service that many customers still perceive as optional or simple.
The challenge was to create a website that explains why proper maintenance matters without relying on exaggerated claims, while making the service equally relevant to homeowners, commercial properties and large-scale solar installations.
The platform needed to:
Build trust immediately
Explain the cleaning and inspection process clearly
Communicate a professional and safety-focused approach
Support both residential and commercial clients
Present annual maintenance as a structured service
Generate qualified leads through a simple estimate request
Visually differentiate SolarShine from generic cleaning companies
The Solution
I created a highly structured website built around one clear message: cleaner panels, better maintained systems and documented work.
The visual identity uses a deep navy background, high-contrast typography and SolarShine’s orange accent color to create a technical and energetic look that immediately connects the brand with the solar industry.
The website guides visitors through the full service journey — from understanding why contamination affects solar panels, through cleaning and inspection, to annual maintenance plans and final photo documentation.
Each section was designed to answer a specific question a potential customer may have before requesting an estimate.

Service Architecture
SolarShine offers more than a single cleaning service, so the website was designed around three core service pillars:
Professional Cleaning
Solar panels are cleaned using deionized water and soft equipment designed for solar glass, without aggressive chemicals or high-pressure washing.
Inspection & Diagnostics
The service can include inspection of accessible panels, frames, cables and connectors, with thermal inspection available when a more detailed assessment is required.
Planned Maintenance
For clients who need predictable service intervals, the website also presents annual maintenance agreements with scheduled visits, inspections and documentation.
This structure helps position SolarShine as an ongoing maintenance partner rather than a one-time service provider.
Conversion & Lead Generation
A major focus of the project was making the first contact as simple as possible.
The primary call to action — Zatraži besplatnu procjenu — is repeated throughout the experience and leads users toward a short estimate flow requiring only essential project information.
Potential clients can provide their location, approximate number of panels and contact details, allowing the SolarShine team to quickly understand the scope of the project before preparing an offer.
The website also communicates an expected response time of within two working hours, reducing uncertainty at the moment of conversion.
Trust Through Documentation
One of the strongest differentiators of the SolarShine service is the photo report provided after the work is completed.
Instead of asking customers to simply trust that the work was performed correctly, the service documents the state of the system, completed procedures, detected irregularities and recommendations for future maintenance.
I made this documentation process a prominent part of the website because it transforms the service from a simple cleaning visit into a transparent and professional maintenance workflow.
Designed for Multiple Customer Segments
The website communicates directly with three different customer groups:
Private homes with smaller solar systems
Commercial buildings and businesses
Industrial facilities and larger solar power plants
Each segment has different requirements for access, scheduling, documentation and maintenance, so the content architecture reflects those differences while maintaining one consistent service standard.
Result
The final website gives SolarShine a clear and distinctive digital identity within the solar maintenance market.
Rather than presenting the company as another cleaning provider, the platform positions SolarShine around professional maintenance, inspection, documentation and long-term system care.
The result is a modern service website that combines strong branding with a practical conversion journey and gives the company a scalable foundation for residential, commercial and industrial growth.
